Lion Electric Bus Repair: Battery Diagnosis and Repair
When a Lion Electric bus loses range or throws a battery fault, replacing the whole pack is not always necessary. BCS Supply repairs battery packs for Lion Electric buses and tests them before they return to service. We typically come to you to diagnose the batteries.
What we repair

How it works
- Tell us about the bus. Send the model, year and the fault or symptoms.
- We come to you. Our specialists typically visit the customer to diagnose the batteries on site.
- Diagnosis and report. We test the pack and report its condition, including capacity and cell balance.
- Repair or replace. We explain whether repair, a replacement module or a replacement pack is the better option, with a clear price before any work starts.
- Test and return to service. Every repaired pack is tested before the bus goes back on the road.
